Full refund if the order is canceled at least 7 days before the rental date.

There is no return policy. Rental equipment cannot be returned on the delivery day, as it has been reserved exclusively for your use.

Refund

Refund is only possible, if canceled at least 7 days before the rental date. There is no partial refund policy.

Refund on Unused Items

Unfortunately not, we charge for time out not time used.
