Delivery Policy: Streamlined and Transparent

To provide efficient service, we offer rental delivery as a paid add-on. This service ensures that your items arrive on time and in excellent condition. Here are our delivery guidelines to help you plan effectively:

Delivery to Driveway Only: Rental items will be dropped off at the driveway of the address provided.
Client Responsibility for Loading/Unloading: Clients are responsible for unloading items from the truck/trailer upon delivery and reloading them during pickup.
Scheduled Timeframe: The truck/trailer will arrive at your specified address at the chosen time and remain on-site for 30 minutes for unloading.
Pickup Process: During pickup, the truck/trailer will again stay on-site for 30 minutes for reloading.
Driver’s Role: Drivers are responsible only for operating the vehicle and ensuring its safe arrival. They are not required to assist with loading or unloading items.
