Binding Arbitration
If the parties are unable to resolve a dispute through informal negotiations, the dispute (except for those specifically excluded below) will be finally and exclusively resolved by binding arbitration. You understand that without this provision, you would have the right to sue in court and have a jury trial. The arbitration shall be conducted under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and, where applicable, the AAA’s Supplementary Procedures for Consumer-Related Disputes (AAA Consumer Rules), available at the AAA website: www.adr.org. Your arbitration fees and your share of arbitrator compensation shall be governed by the AAA Consumer Rules, and if determined by the arbitrator to be excessive, we will pay all arbitration fees and expenses. Arbitration may be conducted in person, via document submission, by phone, or online. The arbitrator will make a decision in writing, but need not provide a statement of reasons unless requested by either party. The arbitrator must follow applicable law, and any award may be challenged if the arbitrator fails to do so. Arbitration will take place in the Dallas, Texas area, where Shreeda Events LLC operates.

If a dispute proceeds in court rather than arbitration, the dispute shall be heard in the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas. The parties consent to jurisdiction in these courts and waive any defense of lack of personal jurisdiction.

Exceptions to Arbitration
Disputes regarding intellectual property rights, theft, piracy, invasion of privacy, unauthorized use, or requests for injunctive relief are excluded from arbitration. In such cases, the dispute shall be decided by a court of competent jurisdiction in the Dallas area.

Corrections
Shreeda Events LLC reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on the site and update the information without prior notice.

Disclaimer
The site and services are provided "as-is" and "as-available," and you agree to use them at your own risk. Shreeda Events LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Limitation of Liability
Shreeda Events LLC, its directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the site. Our liability will be limited to the amount paid by you for services in the six (6) months prior to the issue.

Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Shreeda Events LLC harmless from any claims arising from your use of the site, breach of these terms, or violation of third-party rights.

User Data
Shreeda Events LLC will maintain certain data you transmit to the site for performance management. However, you are solely responsible for any data loss or corruption.

Electronic Communications
By using the site, you consent to receive electronic communications, including emails, and agree that these communications satisfy any legal requirements for written documents.

Miscellaneous
These Terms of Use represent the entire agreement between you and Shreeda Events LLC. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, it will be severed, and the rest of the agreement remains valid. Shreeda Events LLC may assign its rights and obligations at any time.
